Dinner. When in doubt throw veggies in a pan with olive oil.

Boneless skinless chicken breast with MUSTARD (love mustard). And peas, baby tomatoes, orange pepper and eggplant fried with a lil olive oil. Drizzled some maggi ontop. YUM!

Left over Home Made Soup... on RICE

So, just soup isn't filling enough for me... so I put it on rice today for lunch. California Brown Rice... the best rice EVER! So filling and delicious! This soup was awesome. What to make for dinner now.
PS. I ate my lunch at work at 3pm!! Moral of the story... eat when your hungry.. not when the clock tells you to. Boo ya.

Pear/Cake Snackies


Every month at work we celebrate the birthdays.... at NOON. And I am never hungry at Noon so I have my snack and the cake! Usually its an ice cream cake but today was Mousse... so I picked out the mousse and avoided the wheat areas lol. Everyone also ordered out... but I can never order because its usually something jam-packed with wheat... today was shwarma's.

Breaky... Guess what it is!

Almond butter, plain rice cakes and banana!!! Never gets old.

Morning time...

Morning COFFEE. YUM. Still drinking it with 10% cream... will be looking for Silk coffee cream this weekend. I wana eat as little dairy as possible... grossing me out the more I know about it. Why do we drink another species breast milk? I have no clue... not for calcium or vitamin D because those are readily available in other HEALTHIER foods. Dairy = Fat... and not the good kind.

Dinner: Random.

So, I took my soup I made yesterday (Yummy Veggie soup) and put it over my favourite brown rice ever (California Brown Rice.. comes in a brown paper bag). Then I decided I wanted hummus... so I dipped some tostitos in it.... Random but super filling and delicious dinner. haha.
