I love food and wish everyone would be conscious of what they put in their mouths... where does it come from? what is it made out of? what nutritional value does it have?
I by no means have a "perfect" diet... I eat WHAT I want, WHEN I want... BUT I am very conscious of what I eat and I pick and choose my "food battles". I am gluten-free-ish with a wheat intolerance so I avoid it for the most part.
This BLOG will document What.I.Eat.

Pre-Girls Night Snack
Im sure you know what this is!! Almond butter, plain brown rice cakes and... banana. My snack before the REAL snacks.... (and wine). ; )
