I love food and wish everyone would be conscious of what they put in their mouths... where does it come from? what is it made out of? what nutritional value does it have?
I by no means have a "perfect" diet... I eat WHAT I want, WHEN I want... BUT I am very conscious of what I eat and I pick and choose my "food battles". I am gluten-free-ish with a wheat intolerance so I avoid it for the most part.
This BLOG will document What.I.Eat.

Im only eating this for Cathy. I needed to post. Royal Gala my fave... Not organic. Thoughts on organic produce? Yes? No? Some?
